CAMP SMITH, NY - As the Nor'easter hits, N.Y. Army National Guard Staff Sergeant Case Hoefgen from Sparrowbush and New York Guard Sergeant Kevin Gilleo from Elmhurst man the guard shack at the main entrance to Camp Smith.
